Meatballs and Beans

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup breadcrumbs, soft
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 can Original Baked Beans
- 2-3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4-1/2 tsp ground dry mustard
Directions
- Combine breadcrumbs, milk, salt and pepper.
- Add beef; mix well.
- Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls.
- In a skillet, cook meatballs and onion until meatballs are browned; drain.
- Add beans, ketchup, brown sugar and mustard; mix well.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink.
