Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp salad oil
  • 28 oz Original Baked Beans
  • 6 hamburger buns, split and toasted

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, fry ground beef, green pepper and onion in oil 5 minutes. Drain off fat. Stir in baked beans; heat 10 to 15 minutes until piping hot.
  2. Spoon mixture over bottoms of hamburger rolls and cover with tops of rolls.
